PRACTICAL DETAILS

The "Second Interdisciplinary Conference on Disability and Consumption" will be held in a hybrid format. More precisely, a physical participation at the University Savoie Mont Blanc will be possible. We will be very happy to welcome you there.

However, in order to make the conference as inclusive as possible, virtual/videoconference participation will also be possible.

In the same way, the steps to follow in order to participate in the online sessions will be explained before the beginning of the conference.

Fees and conference registration

Registration fees are as follows:

- €50 (about $57) for face-to-face participation CLOSED;

- €20 (about $23) for videoconference participation;

- Free access for students and PhD candidates;

COVID-19 pandemic

As of March 14, 2022, the "vaccine pass" is no longer mandatory. While we wish to maintain the wearing of masks in university buildings, access to the conference is now free of any health constraints.

Access to Annecy

A train station serves downtown Annecy. You can consult the timetables and book your journey on the following website: http://en.oui.sncf.

Flying to the international airports of Lyon (France) or Geneva (Switzerland) can then allow you to reach Annecy easily by train or a dedicated shuttle.

Once in Annecy, the Sibra company manages public transport in the Annecy area. Several bus lines allow you to reach the university campus from downtown Annecy.
